Card Silk Handkerchief Set

A freely chosen card appears on a previously shown blank silk handkerchief

The Card Silk Handkerchief Set concept is basic and the props are bright and colorful. What a winning combination. The methods used are simple and the number of effects possible are truly limited by your own imagination. Some tricks require the use of only the printed card silk handkerchief. Other effects use both the blank and printed card silk handkerchiefs together.

Effect #1: A spectator freely selects a card, and returns it to the deck. The deck is shuffled and spread on the table face down. The spectator takes a folded silk handkerchief and rubs a card. When the card is turned over, it is NOT the card selected. The spectator tries again and once more fails to locate his card. The magician asks the spectator to open the silk handkerchief as added insurance. The spectator is surprised when he finds his card printed on the silk handkerchief.

Effect #2: The performer shows a silk handkerchief with the image of a blank card displayed on it. That handkerchief is placed into a bag (change bag). A spectator is asked to select a card from a deck, remember the card value/suit and place the card back into the deck. The spectator concentrates on his card. when he reaches into the change bag, the blank silk handkerchief has turned into an image of his selected card.
