A spectator lends any bill and signs it for verification. They then hold it under a black cloth. The spectator is also given a brass tube sealed with a lock.
You snatch the cloth away to reveal that the signed bill has vanished. The spectator unlocks the tube. Inside is the spectator’s signed bill.
Any bill may be used. Excellent craftsmanship in solid brass makes this trick a dream to perform. A feature effect in many magician's acts.
