Celebrate President's Day by making some Presidential Magic! We all carry images of the Presidents in our pockets - on money! Here's a great trick that uses money to make a miracle happen. It's a wonderful routine with several surprises and a great finish.
A small paddle is shown empty on both sides except for 3 rubber bands. A penny (Lincoln) is placed under one band, and suddenly a second penny appears on the other side of the paddle! Then a nickel (Jefferson), and finally a dime (Roosevelt), are placed under each band. As each is placed, a similar coin magically appears on the other side of the paddle!
This really "doubles your money!"
All 6 coins are removed, then suddenly, a dollar bill (Washington) appears on the paddle!
Tell your audience you'll explain how it's done. Slowly the paddle is turned over to reveal a MIRROR. It's all done with mirrors!
Everything can be examined. Other coins and bills can be substituted if you prefer.
