The seminal work on modern card magic is "The Expert at the Card Table" by S. W. Erdnase. A book that is as relevant today as when it was written over 100 years ago. Tin City Magic has several editions of the book in stock, as well as a great DVD set that explores the material in the book on video.
We also have a fantastic deck of cards that is an homage to that amazing book. The Erdnase Deck is the same stock and finish as the Bee Stingers. It is printed using the identical color green as the original 1902 book on Aristocrat stock using the Bee diamond back design with white borders. The box is a miniature replica of the first edition of the book, in green with gold lettering.
It also includes a couple of fascinating extra cards. One is a reprint of the original title page of the book. The other is a reprint of the famous Erdnase preface in which he praises the fine art of card manipulation but then admits that the real reason for writing the book is because the author “needs the money.”
