CLOWN SHORTAGE: WHO WILL FILL THOSE BIG SHOES?
A story on NPR talks about too few entrants into the world of clowning. But 11 of the 14 graduates from Ringling's Clown College got jobs with the circus immediately after graduation, a statistic most colleges would be proud to call their own.
From all the clowns shopping and exchanging ideas at Tin City Magic, we really can't see any decline. But who's to argue with NPR?
