Ask the spectator to guess which playing card you're holding, without showing them the face. This appears simple as the card is see-through. But the spectator is surprised when you turn the card around and reveal that their guess is completely wrong.

Or, take it out and claim it's your prediction card. The audience can see the card from the back, so they are very surprised when they take a different card and you turn around the prediction card to show a perfect match!
